By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Video Size Reducer securely uploads supported videos for server-side processing and delivers a compatible MP4 result. Results, processing time, supported formats, and file-size limits depend on the published service limits and the source media. Keep the original file and review the output before deleting or distributing anything.

Your Videos

You retain all rights to videos you process. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to upload, compress, and distribute each file. Uploading a file for processing does not transfer ownership of a video to us.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Paid Features and Refunds

Prices, billing periods, and credit-use rules are shown on the pricing page. Applicable taxes and the final amount are confirmed at checkout before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; credit packs are one-time purchases. Canceling renewal does not itself request or issue a refund.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if none of the credits associated with that payment have been used. For annual subscriptions, this includes all credits derived from the annual payment, including monthly grants already issued. Duplicate charges and service not delivered can also be reported for a refund review. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to contact us. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are preserved.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
